Cancellation Policy
I ask kindly that all clients reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, sufficient notice allows me to accommodate other clients and respect our time and materials.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook, and deposits are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or same-day rescheduling will result in:
• Loss of deposit, and
• A 75% cancellation fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file.
Clients who no-call/no-show will be charged a 100% no-show fee. After one no-show, clients will be required to pay the full service amount upfront for all future appointments.
